These two pavilions are often referred to collectively as the &#8220;Chanthargyi Pavilion.&#8221; The Buddha image, located in the U San Tun + Daw Hnit Pavilion, was donated by U San Tun\u2019s family in 1882 (Myanmar Era 1244), while the adjacent pavilion to the south was built by U Bo Kin\u2019s family in 1923 (Myanmar Era 1285). In 1998, the pavilion\u2019s flooring was replaced with stone tiles, and in 1999, the surrounding protective structures were removed. Further renovations were carried out in 2000 under the supervision of a committee, replacing the decorative metalwork and reinforcing the structure.
