The Nine Dragon Pagoda is located near the northern stairway, to the west of the Vijjā pavilion. It is a site where individuals involved in legal matters, those born on Saturday, and those connected to the Naga births (Naga Group) come to offer prayers and make offerings. Devotees present cow’s milk, pop corns, food, and water as part of their worship, seeking blessings and fulfilment of their wishes. This long-standing tradition of devotion and belief continues to draw worshippers to the pagoda.
